Lidice
The memorial to the victims of nazism is located right at the place of the tragedy, where the Nazis murdered and burnt out the whole city on the 10th of June 1942. The works began three years after the war - in 1948 - and the memorial belongs to the list of National cultural monuments.

Památník v Lidicích je vážně neopakovatelný zážitek - nejen, že podává svědectví o hrůzných činech nacistů, ale zároveň nabízí uklidnění duše a smyslů díky nádherné přírodě a růžovému sadu. Památník mě uchvátil svou krásou, svou bolestí i svým příběhem. Doporučuji navštívit nejdříve muzeum, které Vás místo dožene až k slzám, a poté se projít po lidických cestičkám - to je to pravé uklidnění díky kterému se smíříte s tím, co se zde za války stalo.nMoc krásné místo.
