The webcamera is placed on a tower of water reservoir (about 30 metres above the town) and it scans 8 pre-set views of the town and its surroundings. The camera can rotate horizontally to 350° and vertically to 120° with 20x zoom. Control buttons serve for displaying the chosen view. The camera runs in Online video mode.
