Zoo Ostrava
The official foundation of the zoo in Ostrava is the autumn of 1951. It was founded in a part of Ostrava called "Stromovka". You can find there over 200 kinds of animals on an area of about 103 hectares. This zoo specializes in breeding rare and endangered species, one of them is for example the Carpathian type of the northern lynx. Some of the attractions of this zoo are for instance the pavilions of primates, hippos, felines or the runs for bears.

Docela dobrý, tak průměr. Celodenní výlet se dá spojit s Dinoparkem, který je jenom asi 10 km daleko. Jeli jsme autem chvilku. Doporučuju.

myslím si že naše zoo je velice zaostalá o proti druhým chybí docela dost zvířat a máte prázdné klece uplně zbytečně hezký den.

Dobrý tip na celodenní výlet, hlavně atrakce pro děti byly nepřekonatelné a volně promenádující pávi, tomu dodaly teu správnou atmosféru :-)
