Jindřichův Hradec
This picturesque town of approximately 23 000 inhabitants lies in South East Bohemia by the River Neárka, 55 km to the north east of České Budějovice and 25 km north of the border with Austria. It sits at an altitude of 478 metres above sea level. The centre of the town is home to the Vajgar recreation pond. Jindřichův Hradec is a prominent Czech monument that is also able to boast some outstanding countryside.
