Holly Rood Church Valašské Klobouky
A significant hisotrical monument of Valašské Klobouky is the Parish Church of The Raising of the Holy Rood. The Parish here was established by the Emperor and King Karel IV. The church has a Gothic core from the 1340s, but its monumental tower dates from the second half of the 16th century and bears evidence of Renaissance construction works. The present appearance of the church is result of the Baroque reconstruction. The font dates back to 1521.
