Pieniny
Oblast Pieniny se nachází na severu Slovenska při hranici s Polskem. Nejcennější část oblasti byla roku 1967 vyhlášena chráněným územím a vznikl Pieninský národný park PIENAP. Celé území je protkáno sítí značených turistických cest. Jedno z nejnavštěvovanějších míst Pienin je kaňon řeky Dunajca. Proslavil se zejména díky rekreační plavbě na pltiach. Přibližně devítikilometrový splavný úsek leží mezi Červeným Kláštorom a Szczavnicou Niźnou. O
